About me
Dr. Aniljith V. G. is a renowned Plastic Surgeon with over 30 years of experience in Cosmetic, Reconstructive, Microsurgical, and Hand Surgery. He is widely recognized for his surgical expertise, innovation, and significant contributions to the advancement of plastic surgery in Kerala.
After completing his MBBS at Government Medical College, Thrissur, and postgraduate training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Government Medical College, Calicut, he pursued specialized training in Cosmetic Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Microsurgery at some of India's leading institutions.
Since joining Elite Mission Hospital in 1998, Dr. Aniljith has pioneered several Advanced Reconstructive Procedures, including the Institution's first Free Flap Reconstruction, Finger and Hand Replantation Surgeries, and Brachial Plexus Reconstruction procedures.
His areas of expertise include Cosmetic Surgery, Congenital Anomaly Correction, Hand and Microsurgical Reconstruction, Burn Management, Post-Traumatic Reconstruction, and a wide range of Non-Surgical Aesthetic Treatments.
In 2007, he co-founded the Sushrutha Department with Dr. Anto Francis, helping establish one of the Region's Leading Centers for Advanced Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He remains actively involved in Surgical Education, Research, and Mentoring future plastic surgeons.
